ACT-Cube Certification Training

1.5 days training + 1 day self study
± 25 hours

The ACT-Cube (Attachment, Consistency, Time) is specially designed both in identifying the performance characteristics of a team or business unit and in visualising and predicting the quality of the organisational culture and interactions, the ACT-Cube consistently delivers practical, measurable results.

Are you interested in working with the ACT-Cube? The ACT-Cube Certification Training is the place to start. The training offers you everything you need to get started with the ACT-Cube.

The ACT-Cube is a powerful tool that gives you an overview of all the different business units that work together within an organisation, how they collaborate to the value chain and how sustainable and healthy the organisation culture (or ecosystem of the organisation) is. This way the ACT-Cube can deliver practical tools to help organisations perform better, deliver sustainable results and visualise potential risks before they occur within the organisation.

It uniquely maps the whole value chain and culture of an organisation and is a leading indicator of performance and sustainability for every type and size of organisation.

*To participate in the ACT-Cube Certification Training you must already be AEM-Cube® certified. This can also be purchased as a combination package (AEM-Cube and ACT-Cube).

Target audience: This certification training is suitable for everyone who is AEM-Cube certified or would like to become AEM-Cube and ACT-Cube certified. And for everyone who deals with complex issues in organisations, such as performance, strategy execution, change management and culture.
