Description
The Strategic Diversity Game is ideal for explaining the Growth-Curve and also the importance of strategic diversity. That is why Human Insight has developed this business game. So that you can understand and experience the different phases of the Growth-Curve. The growth phases are linked to five chairs with associated roles within a fictitious scenario of a start-up. In which the participants learn the importance of different natural contributions for strategic growth. And also what the challenges are that an organisation faces if this relay cannot take place.
