Human Insight England
Founder and Partner
After a previous career as a software developer and project manager, I started working at KMG as a management consultant specialised in IT and change management. Within this position, the focus was mainly on facilitating the merge of KMG and Peat Marwick.
In 1995 I left my role and, together with a few colleagues, joined the management of a project management consultancy. This new company was specialised in business change and facilitated some of the largest change programs, particularly in the electricity and financial sectors, initially in Europe but now also in other parts of the world. The company was taken over in 1999. Until 2002 I managed Business Consultancy and Program Management there.
I am one of the founders of Human Insight and had many different roles within the company, including as non-executive, business development manager and managing director. Nowadays I remain involved with Human Insight by providing management support and thinking along about strategic issues and developments.
In my spare time I like to work with my son on his organic farm, where we keep a rare breed of pigs, and I like to read political memoirs and biographies of corrupt businessmen.
