During this process, we gradually gain more insight into the organisation and where the so-called ‘bottlenecks’ are located. This process ensures that all facets of the organisation are highlighted and that the right solutions and handles are used to steer the growth process in the right direction.
This growth process starts at step 1 and it is also possible to start a tailor-made process in which one or a few steps from this process are applied. Going through this process with your team or organisation takes about 2 hours of time investment, depending on the group size and the dialogues that will take place. Possible follow-up processes are always in consultation and are specifically completed according to your wishes.
